2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting written notification to our copyright agent. This counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the removal was a mistake.
