To Opt-Out (Stop Messages): You can unsubscribe from our Program at any time. Simply reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message received from Us. After doing so, you will receive a single, final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you opt back in.

4. Carrier Disclaimer

6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and Us, or between you and any third-party service provider acting on Our behalf to transmit the mobile messages, arising out of or relating to federal or state statutory claims, common law claims, this Agreement, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding individual arbitration to the fullest extent permitted by law.
